United States Shipping
We ships to all US addresses except Alaska and Hawaii by UPS. UPS affords both our customers and us tracking and insurance on your order. Please provide a full street address for shipping. Our shipping charges are as follows:

Post Office Box, Alaska and Hawaii Shipments
We ships to Post Office Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii by US Priority Mail. The shipping charges are the same. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days but does not provide tracking and insurance. Please let us know if you would like tracking and/or insurance on your order.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally, nor do we ship to Guam or other U.S. protectorates. Artsystemsfl.com currently ships to all 50 states. We reserve the right to refuse to process any order or to refuse to ship to certain countries.
Packaging
We takes great care in packing your order to ensure its safe arrival. All items are packed carefully. Artsystemsfl.com recycles packaging material whenever possible - we ask you to do the same.
Partial shipments
Artsystemsfl.com strives to keep a complete and adequate inventory of products in stock at all times. However, certain products may not be available at the time of your order. In such cases, we will contact you for instructions on how to proceed. Note: we do not process backorders, so you are only billed for items that ship.
Sending a Gift
If you would like a gift sent, please provide the full name and address of the recipient in the ship to box. Please indicate that the order is a gift. We will be happy to include a message with your order - please let us know what you would like the message to say. We will e-mail you a confirmation but will not mail a receipt to you. We cannot at this time provide a gift-wrapping service.
Returns
We will accept returns for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will accept a return for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. It must arrive at the store undamaged in saleable condition. This means no tags removed or damage to special packaging. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. We do not refund shipping. Returns sent without an authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged during shipment by UPS, save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us and we will place a claim with UPS. UPS insures all shipments and so far has made good on them. You may have to allow a UPS representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. We will replace the product at the carriers expense. If you request that we use the US postal service and decline insurance to save on shipping cost, any adjustment for damage will be between you and the post office.
Canceling Orders
We take pride in prompt shipping and most orders are shipped 2-5 days following our receipt of the request. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will in most cases be shipped the following Monday. If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you e-mail us immediately at shoponline@artsystemsfl.com. Once we ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated above, but we will not refund the shipping cost.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing tracking information for your package(s). This information is also available by logging in to "My Account" and clicking "Order History." Note: In some cases tracking information may not be available.
